Third Party Manpower Agreement

29. This agreement is also subject to the provisions of the Dock Workers (Safety, Health and Welfare) Act 1986 and the applicable rules. The company as the main employer, contracting it as a worker and the workers it employs are bound by the provisions of the law and rules. It is not foreseen that a third party will have the right to apply a provision of the Terms of Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 and, furthermore, manpower may vary and modify the terms and conditions of sale without the agreement of a third party who has expressly obtained the right to apply one of the conditions. If you violate a provision of this Agreement, you can no longer use the site. Manpower may, at any time and for any reason and at its sole discretion, modify, suspend or terminate, on a temporary or permanent basis, the website or part of this website; or (b) limit, suspend or terminate your permission to access or use the site (in whole or in part); and all without notice or responsibility to you or to another person. If this agreement or your permission to access or use the site is terminated by you or by a person you represent or manpower, then: (a) this agreement and all other existing agreements between Manpower and all the people you represent apply and are jointly linked to you and all the people you represent with respect to your prior access and use of the site and everything related to it is bound or binding; and (b) Manpower may continue to use, disclose or destroy your personal data in accordance with ManpowerGroup`s amended privacy policy from time to time. 26. This contract may be terminated by the company or is deemed terminated by the company in any of the following events; Use or try to use all machines, software, tools, agents or other devices or mechanisms (including, but not limited to browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or smart agents) or trying to navigate or browse the system with other than search engines and search agents available on third-party web services and browsers (such as Microsoft Explorer) and other than generally available browsers; 28. The agreement is subject to the provisions of a system established u/s 3 of the Dock Workers Act 1948 and the rules applicable to it.

If a provision of this agreement is contrary or inconsistent with a provision of such a system that applies to the use of dockworkers and applies to that agreement, that provision of the agreement is deemed to be null and forth to the parties.
